If any problem arises with any item sold, fulfilled, and shipped by NicoleKanvas.com we will take full responsibility and issue a refund or replacement to correct all fault with discrepancies with an order.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Payment is due within 3 days of invoice being issued. Production begins when invoice is paid. Cure time for candles and wax melts are at least 15 days. An example of the product requested will be sent prior to completing production for approval. A full refund is issued only if client is not satisfied with the sample made for the product and changes their mind before full production has begun. Once client agrees to the sample, no refunds will be issued after full production unless product is damaged by carrier during mall delivery. In special instances such as items becoming damaged during the delivery by mail carrier Nicole Kanvas will issue a partial refund.
