SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 5 days for processing. All orders will be shipped priority mail within 3-5 business days. During warmer months orders will now only be shipped during weekdays to prevent candles from melting. Please allow at least 10 days for your order to arrive especially during the holiday season. If there are any concerns pertaining to shipping please feel free to email me anytime at info@NicoleKanvas.com.

Orders totaling $0 - $40 = $5 shipping rate with USPS. Ships within 3-5 business day.
Orders totaling $40 - $100 = $7 shipping rate with USPS. Ships within 3-5 business day.
Orders totaling $100 - or more = Free Shipping
Shipping Rate May Vary with Wholesale Orders. Same shipping rules do not apply with wholesale or special orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Nicole Kanvas Return Policy: NicoleKanvas.com will not be accepting any returns at this time. Exchanges only. All candles, candle warmers, and candle accessories are final sale. If an item is received broken or damaged, you can always request a replacement free of charge, or you will be issued a refund for the item to the original form of payment.
